- Implementing an ad hoc internal communication system
- Developing corporate social networks (in partnership)
Setting up corporate universities and technical training centers:
- Overall scheme, launching and piloting (incl. locations and structure)
- Developing/piloting the overall curriculum and skill development paths
- Train the trainer sessions and co-facilitation
- Defining management processes and coaching the management team
