Mr. Nadeau has 30 years of experience in over 20 countries worldwide as senior advisor, project manager and import-export business owner in the consumer goods, furniture and agri-food sectors. He specializes in supply chain management, production optimization, quality control, storage, logistics, export readiness, marketing, distribution and sales of branded products, and after sale customer service. Jacques assisted many private business owners and top management teams in emerging countries in assessing their export strategy and operations targeted to emerging and western markets. As a consultant and project manager for major international and bilateral financing institutions (IFIs – World Bank, IFC, IDB and CIDA), he was a key player in the identification, preparation, management and evaluation of several important trade facility projects. He is seasoned expert in trade events planning both in Canada and the United States, field training of export marketing, commercial and sales operations teams.
