He is Chairman of the Board of Innovent\u00e9 (Canada), a biomass energy producer, member of the board &#8211; Montreal Port Authority and member of the board &#8211; Montreal Airports Authority. Mr. Filion is an invited senior coach at Laval University (Quebec)\u2019s Corporate Governance Institute.
